Are there any casting #s or anything on it? Maybe some prototype multiport setup.Looks like one of those "flying toilets" from Rons Fuel Injection send them an email they might know. Interesting ....

Well it looks like it is for a Vortec style head. Has the positions for the 8 injectors. I don't know who made it.

I'd agree on Holley - deffintely not a flying toilet(Rons) which is totally different.
I believe it was originally intended as a replacement set-up for 96'up(pre LS1) pick-ups. Not sure on that though....deffinitely vortec bolt-up.- Looks like it could be a decent efi set-up if that TB is large enough, pics can be deciving, have you mic'ed it?
