Have heard nothing but good things about UMI srfc's but was wondering if anyone has used kenny browns or know someone who has and the pro's and con's of them... I have a 92 rs lowered an inch witha 3' exhaust which may be swapped out to a 4 inch soon (Bigger motor) want to make sure wont be any clearance issues and so on. thanks...

I have the umi and 3" exhaust. The little piece that comes with umi's sfcs for the passenger side wont clear my 3" exhaust. The exhaust shop that made it for the previous owner put close to the body. You may have difficulty there depending where the exhaust is.

UMI's are sweet i have a 3" H-pipe and it worked on both sides for me with no problems. Definatly a nice product and great people to deal with. I recommend them to all the f and g-body people i know

Re: subframes kb or umi
ive had my set of umi sfcs sittin in my house for about 2 months now and the quality is outstanding...and ive heard nothing but good things about them...i would have welded them on car arldy but i ran into a issue finding out there is some dmg from a car accident...i bought car december '06 so not to long ago..imo they are worth every penny...deffinitly go umi sfc's..main reason i wanted umi is cuz they are boxed which makes for nicer jack points and it just looks like it belongs unlike the tube versons
