Need advice on suspension!!
Hey guys.
I'll give you the background on my car before I ask some advice.
I have a 92 camaro rs v6 3.1L.
I have bought everything needed to do the v8 swap. 10 bolt posi rear out of an 88 iroc, iroc rear sway bar, front sway bar w/ wonder bar, and v8 springs.
I know this will already make my Rs handle better with the iroc suspension, But was curious what mild and major gains would improve my suspension, power, fun to driveness(if thats even a word) of the car.
ALso, what modifications would you perform first, given a slim budget that like most of you I am also on.
thanks!

I checked out brmfab and it looked like they had some good stuff.
Should my first step be the subframe connectors?
(I'm not going to buy all at once but rather put together as i drive.)

Your first step should be getting under the car and seeing what front suspension stuff is worn out and replace that accordingly. Other then that your first step should be subframe connectors... Then I would suggest relocation brackets for LCA and maybe new rear LCAs
My setup: Spohn: SFCs, LCAs, poly swaybar bushings, wonderbar and finally Tq arm and tranny crossmember with 2 driveshaft loops. BMR: lower control arm relocation brakcets (bolt in). Eibach Sportline springs (lowers the car about an inch and a half) KYB Gas-a-just rear shocks I spent a total of about I spent about $1000 buying some parts used and searching for good deals, I havent gotten my car on the road but this should do me pretty well.

Replace all the front end suspension parts. They are over 15 yrs old.I used the PST front end kit.Replace steering box with a quick ratio box.I went with Bilstein shocks/struts for lowered cars.Springs went with Eibach Pro Kit.Spohn adj. torque arm with rod end,Spohn subframe connectors,Spohn relocation brackets,Spohn adj. rod ended LCA's.Replace rear sway bar bushings.

If you are looking for a budget suspension improvement to what you are already doing with the iroc stuff, two words: poly bushings. If it is rubber and in your suspension, replace it - with poly. It will make a nice improvement.
A new set of lowering springs would be nice too, like a ProKit.

I got a complete front end kit and poly bushings all around from Performance Suspention Technologies along with Hotchkis lowering springs and front/rear sway bar and man oh man you can tell a difference. I don't feel like I'm turning a boat anymore.
But, as 1991 RS/SS said, poly bushings at the minimum along with what you've already done should pay huge dividends.
