where to get a 2 and 1/2 inch hood??

where to get a 2 and 1/2 inch hood??
Ive looked up in my state's inspection and i cant have a cowl more than 2 and a half inches tall. I've looked in a few places, most dont say how tall it is but others the smallest ive seen is 3". Anybody here got an idea of where I can get one?? thanks

Classic Industries Camaro Part # 1668292 2" cowl hood. They have different styles in both fiberglass and steel.

I've got a Harwood 4" outlaw cowl hood on my 86. They make good hoods. Nice finish and they are pretty stiff for fiberglass. At 100+ it starts to get a little shaky though.
