changing heads

if i swap heads from my 1992 camaro with a 305 to ls1 350 heads will they bolt up to my motor, and are there any modifications needed?

Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: 3.70

The only modification required to run LS1 heads is an LSx block.

In short it wont work. The ls1 heads are incompatible with any previous generation block. And FYI LS1's are 346 cubic inches not 350.
