Re: ebay distributor

i have one, i didnt buy it from that company but iam sure its all the same distributor. its acctualy a great distributor the only thing that seamed cheap on it was the cap and rotor. but besides that there no play at all in the shaft. its been on my DD 91 305 tbi for about a year and a half now with no problems.i have a MSD coil also and the car is race at least once a week

personally I would buy an MSD distributor... something so important to the performance of the engine I would not cheap out on...

Re: ebay distributor

I got an ebay distributor and fought with my motor for 2 weeks, I put in an old worn-out distributor, and got her running shortly after.

I won't buy another.

Re: ebay distributor

I took a chance and bought that one from that exact ebay store. The electronic module went bad on it within a couple of weeks. When I replaced the module I noticed they did not put that dielectric / heat sink grease on the bottom of the module like they should. Its been about 3 months of use now and I've had no further problems.
