NSYS Cold Air Intake

I was recently on ebay and I found this. http://www.ebay.com/itm/PONTIAC-FIRE...2c0296&vxp=mtr. Its a cold air intake kit for a car. I was wondering if anyone has ordered or installed this kit on their car and if so are there any gains? How hard was it to install. Is it worth buying? Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks
