What headers?
What headers?
Hey everyone its me again! Ok I put on the flowmaster catback exhaust and I REALLY like it. Now I'm gonna go for headers, what I wanted to know is....has anybody put any on a car close to the same style of an 87 trans am 5.7 tpi. I'm looking at the dynomax jetcoated ones(bout $220) or the hooker ones(bout$150) I was wondering if anybody had preferences for ease of install and performance increase. thanks!!
I've been really happy with my SLP stainless headers in my 87Z.
Look like they'd survive nuclear war. Spendy (about 6 bills after all is said and done) but they look the same now as when I installed them, and they were, relatively speaking, an easy install with a good design for clearing the heater box in the engine compartment.
And, damned noticeable SOTP response.

Please do a search on the Exhaust forum, then get SLP's.
Hookers are a good second choice if you dont want to spend the money.
