ECM = Engine Control Module
It's under the dash on the passenger side.
After you remove the screws holding it, you pull it down enough to allow the plastic post on top to come out of its hole then you kind of have to swing it around "counter clock-wise" and allow it to drop down as shown in the photos,as opposed to removing the harness.
Two of the photos are showing it up side down with the harness still attached.
Only open the cover shown. That's where everything your looking for is.
