Ultra Pro Convoluted PTFE Polyester Braided Hose

Earls make this. The only game in town was the aramid convluted 910 hose. Which ranges from 20 -40 a foot! I had to redo a section of ptfe lined stainless fuel feed line that was about 6 inches to short. Found this stuff just searching Earls site. Check out the bend radius on this pic its night and day difference flexable to anything I have ever used. Super lightweight, not that that matters to me and all if not most of the fittings are swivel type. A sinch to assemble and no getting pricked anymore with the stainless braid. Good to 250psi. Link to all info on this product.

Re: Ultra Pro Convoluted PTFE Polyester Braided Hose

Isn't that hose a crimp type end though? I have looked into that in the past and I didn't want to sped $2000 on the hydraulic crimper. The only other teflon hose with screw on ends I have found only came in braided stainless and assembly was very difficult because of the olive

Earls makes 2 versions of it. The crimp one and the one you assemble like I did. If you have ever done ss braided line you can do this with you eyes closed. This I think came out in 2016. They make it in stainless as well. But I didnt want to deal with that again. To me stainless is a pita to assemble, not hard just a pita. This is the polyester braided version.

Thanks. I am going to look into it then, I guess it was like 2014 when I last shopped for PTFE hose. I have just been buying pre-made pieces since I wasn't shelling out for the crimper.
Where did you buy from? Summit wasn't showing it on the site yet, I know I can order it through them if I have part numbers.

Jegs or even Amazon if you have prime. Anplumbing.com has every earls fitting as well. Its the best I have ever used. Very high-quality. Supposed to look for convoluted ptfe polyester braid. What size you looking for? Ill give you the part #s.

Re: Ultra Pro Convoluted PTFE Polyester Braided Hose

I don't know off the top of my head. Now that is available, I will have to go back and re-do some of my plumbing. If you have the number for -6 straight fittings in black, that would help. I could replace the one piece of hose in my daily that I had to buy in braided stainless, I bought a Fragola but the ends are blue, and I put wire covering over the hose to hide the stainless. I would like to replace that,
