if i were to sell my 305 TPI with 90,000 miles on it out of my 1986 camaro including:

Block

Probably only $500, max. That is if it is rebuildable, and someone wants it.

In my case, I have an '81 Elcamino with a V6, and I want to drop in a V8. I can only put a 305 in it because of smog, so that would be something that I would want.

But most people don't want a 305. They usually want to get rid of them.

Sold my 305, as a long block, for 300 when I did my swap a couple of months ago. Not sure where you live, but that was here in Oklahoma.
