LPE 219 specs:

Lift with 1.5 rockers=.525"/.525"
Lift with 1.6 rockers=.560"/.560"

Here's the LPE cams page:

I think it'd be great with your planned mods. I have it with AFR 190's and a superram. I don't know how it'd be with TBI though. I like it alot. With a stock chip and ABSOLUTELY ZERO tuning so far (not even fuel pressure or timing) I melt the tires to 45 MPH pretty easily. I hope to start tuning here in about another month, this combo took out my stock tranny so I only have 1st and 2nd gears at the moment.

I do have the LPE 219 cam. I personally think it is a better cam than the HOT cam b/c I have seen many combos with each and the LPE 219 cars are consistantly quicker/faster. I've seen one HOT cam car run 11.9, one run 12.5-12.6, and one 12.7, the rest I've seen are in the low to mid 13's. There are LPE 219 cars running 11.5's and high 11's very consistantly, the slowest LPE 219 car I've seen ran a 12.6.
I bought my combo after looking at MANY MANY combos and chose the LPE 219 over the HOT cam, or any other cam suitable for my combo, b/c of what I saw.
Nothing against the HOT cam, it is very affordable and I'm sure it would work great, but I think the LPE 219 is better, at least in combos I'v seen. BUT, I have never seen it with TBI.

I bought mine straight from LPE, $315 and it was here the next day. I'm shooting for 12.5 @ 110 MPH, although after seeing what some Vette guys are running with similar combos, it looks like low 12's should be possible if I get the car hooking pretty well. I just saw a response in GMHTP's last issue that said the following:
GMHTP, May 2002, info. tech by Ray T. Bohacz, pg. 17
"Purchase a set of Edelbrock alum. heads and perform a bowl and valve job on them. Mill them to achieve 10.5-10.7 CR. Install either the ZZ9 or a better choice-the ACCEL 74211 (LPE 211/219). Its design is intended to build cylinder pressure very early. It works great with the runners and manifold you have (ACCEL long tube runners and ported stock plenum) and likes a TQ converter only slightly looser than stock. Install a TQ converter that will stall to 2200 on the brake and flash to 2800-3000 rpm. Set initial timing at 8* BTDC and run a total of 34-36* of advance with the chip (base plus electronic advance). I personally have installed this combo in a few 1985 Vettes and they ALL run low 12's and can be driven anywhere." He also mentions these cars all run between 110-114 MPH trap speeds in the 1/4.
I know the Vettes are a little lighter and have a stiffer chassis, but I feel that 12.5 @ 110 MPH is definitely obtainable with my AFR 190's (58cc) over Edelbrock's, 219/219 cam instead of the aforementioned 211/219 cam, and the SR intake over LTR's. I do have a lower CR of 10.1:1, not 10.5-10.7 as he mentions though.
I have seen Vettes with my exact combo (except they have 383's and I have a 355) that run 11.5-11.9's.
