Third Gen Resource and ASCD

Can someone help me out here. I ordered a Hood from Roy I believe the 29th of October. He emailed me and told me it would be delivered that week he also called me and left a message about that. I called him to have the shipping changed to this week and I speak to one of the chicks and she gives me a freight company number. Calling them gets me no where cause I have no airbill number and it looks like he hasnt shipped anything to me from that freight service. I called earlier today and spoke to Roy and he gave me ASCD phone number and told me to speak to Melanie. I've been trying all day and my cell phone kept dying. What a mess I know. I did get a tracking number from ASCD. But does anyone know how to track it from ASCD? I really want my big block hood before this weekend.. Please let me know if anyone has been in my postion and can help!
thanks guys

Thanks for the info guys. I actually was going to call ASCD after my cell phone kept dying on me last Tuesday. So I was going to call Wed. and the freight company called me and told me was hood was being delivered. So now its on my car.. And the statement with the hood says prepaid and they didnt ask for shipping from my father in-law and I wasnt told of any prepaid so im a little confused. Looks like I got free shipping or something.
