Completely satisfied!
I made a mistake with the gear ratio / tire height calculator on another f-body sight, and was set to order a completely wrong height tire for my new rims (ROH ZS's) Chuck from tirerack called me up about 2 hours after i placed my order online and explained to me that they normally don't fit tires of that size (245/40/17) on my car, and recommended the 45 series (which keeps the height almost exactly the same as stock)
This saved me about two weeks and $40 worth of shipping charges b/c I would've had the tires mounted and on the car only to realize then they were wrong, and i woulda had to eat the shipping charges back to tirerack.

I used TireRack.com before. They shipped right to a local shop. I saved about $150 over what a tire shop would charge.

i love TireRack, around here no one sells Yokohama tires and they won't let you bring in a set of tires for them to just mount either. you have to buy directly from them. so i bought my Yokohamas from TireRack and got them install at a local shop. Damn these tires can grip!!
