Thunder Racing woes
Thunder Racing woes
Unfortunately, my dealings with Thunder Racing have not been positive. I ordered a BMR strut brace on 2/23 and it was supposed to be here by 3/2. It's still not here. I've called twice and still do not have it. Last time I called they said my order had been lost at BMR. I've been told for a 3rd time that it will be here next week. Hopefully everyone has had a better experience than I did.

Thunder was out of stock on the product I wanted, so they had it drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer, and I had it in less than a week. So my experience was a good one.
It seems like they didn't have stock on your order either, so I'd guess they were having it shipped directly from BMR, which also shouldn't have taken very long. So since it's "lost," it's probably true that it happened on BMR's end.
Thunder Racing seems like good people to me. I hope you get your bar soon.

I'd blaim BMR, its seems like they are telling thunder racing that the brace would get to you next week and Thunder racing is just relaying the message to you. I'd just give it time as its not their fault.

Just ordered SLP headers, and borla catback from them. Borla was out of stock, but will be here tomorrow. So even though something was back ordered still got all of my parts within two weeks. They get my thumbs up!

I just ordered again from them yesterday. They confirmed stock with the manufacturer while I was on the phone, and I'll have it end of the week. So another thumbsup from me.

I received my strut brace, it only took 4 weeks and 4 days. I understand issues with BMR, every time something is late, there is a reason, I just don't like being told I'll receive a part by a certain date, and then a month later I finally get it. You need to take responsibility for your distributors. They were nice about it, and hopefully it won't happen again.
