Read about the company in some magazine- Hotrod, GM performance, etc and ordered a custom roller cam off these guys and they were OK with one email before I layed down the cash, but no communication after payment sent- had to file a claim on Paypal to get a responce. How long does it take you to fire off an email confirming payment, manufacture and delivery- lets face it, if it was his $370 I'm sure some kind of communication would be wanted.
