Anybody ever have Tuned Port Injection Programming Services program your chips? How is their service/work? How long does it take for them to reprogram your chip?

Uh, I see no link so I'm guess you mean tpi specialties at tpis.com but I'm not sure. If these are the ones you are talking about, they are the upmost authority on tpi vehicles and can tell you what you need, in what order, and the best and least expensive way of dealing with your issues. You may pay a bit more for their stuff but it is more than worth it if you have the extra money.
