Hawks Third Gen!
Hawks Third Gen!
Just bought a turn signal lever for my GTA and it was here in two days! I didnt pay extra at all. Hawks is on the ball, those boys seriously need girlfriends because they must have just been sitting there waiting for the order to come in. Seriously I got the part so fast, I have the image in my head of some lonley guy sitting in front of the computer with a hard on refreshing the email page over and over just because its his purpose in life haha.
Two big thumbs up for Hawks!

These people are great. They pretty much have anything you can think of. I needed an obscure bracket and sure enough, they had it.

Can't complain at all. Spoke with Bruce a few times on the phone and met him at F-Body Beach week last summer. Very cool down to earth dude with a passion for our cars. Excellent to do business with. BTW, if you don't subscribe to HPP he's had two cars in there within the last few months. His latest is his Green 1992 Firehawk. Very awesome ride.

Yep, they just located an obscure part for me. A fender/firewall reinforcing bar which I have posted about on another Thirdgen board.
They quoted me a price of $10us plus shipping. When it came I noticed I was charge $20us plus shipping. I sent them an e-mail and in less than 24 hours I was advised a refund of $10us would be credited to my VISA card.
That is what you call good customer service.

Re: Hawks Third Gen!
Bruce and his team are a very professional and service driven outfit. For my LS3 upgrade of my '85 IROC i have bought pretty much everything from Bruce other than the engine and I can say not only has the service been fantastic but his technical input and advice is first rate.
All the recommended parts from the BMR suspension components, Baer brakes, rear axle, etc have gone together well and was a very good thought out package.
Now that we have a lot of the drivetrain in good order starting to work on the interior and getting the parts from Bruce
They are top shelf and it is refreshing to deal with people like them

Hawks continues to impress me. I frequently check their website and see new products, sale specials, and new customer cars to look at. They have excellent customer service and have an awesome selection of parts. I'll continue giving them my business whenever possible.

I've ordered countless times from them. Interior parts, exterior parts, engine stuff, and more and I always got the kindest of service from them. Shipping is quick as mentioned earlier and I live in Canada so that is a good thing!
Nothing bad to say about them over the course of the last 3 years from which I started ordering from them. Best 3rd gen place ever.

Well that is great to know, because I am just about to buy the hood blisters they have that come in pairs and will fit on my 92 RS flat hood for only 130 dollars lol. Can't find them anywhere in canada and yeah, very impressed by their selection.

Re: Hawks Third Gen!
They have good service, but are expensive. For instance, I called yestereday for a 5spd shift plate, they tell me they have 1 left, its got a cigarette burn, and the shifter boot needs to be replaced... He wants $125 + shipping for it. I dont know, but I found that a little unreasonable. I know they need to make some money too, but holy sh$t.
