I've placed 2 previous orders with them and had awesome luck. This time, I placed a $350 order and am missing 2 parts totalling about $120. The instructions in the package said to email them if I want to cancel that portion, or find out the status of the backordered parts.

I have emailed them FOUR TIMES in the past 10 days, with no response but an auto responder telling me they aren't processing orders for a couple days...but that ended 4 days ago. I mean, seriously? No one can answer an email?

They shipped the order super quick, on a Sunday no less...but this is more than a little irritating. I need to know if they can get me this part or not before I go elsewhere...the car is in a body shop waiting on it!

 

YES! I dropped my car off there for 3 weeks for a tune and they blew my headgasket! and charged me $821 for it!

 

MDM is great...call them, more than likely your email is getting dumped in their spam folder and they don't know you're emailing...happened to me too. They'll take care of you no questions asked.

 

I run an online business too. I ALWAYS check my spam folder for stray customers. Who wouldnt? You'd be surprised at the potential sales lost because of some stupid automated email program

 

Maybe you should get off the computer for a minute and get on the phone and try talking to a person......
