Jegs - A++

Just bought some Eibach sportline springs from Jegs. Ordered them on Monday at around 7PM and they got here this morning at about 9:30 via fedex. I would have ordered them from Summit like I get most of my stuff from but summit has the sportlines on backorder until April 13th... Funny how I got them in 4 days.

Also the prices were the same except Jegs had free shipping, just a $12 handling fee (the ship weight was 42lbs).

The also threw in a free hat and stickers in the box

I would definitely consider using Jegs over Summit in the future.

Ive never used summit, not that they're bad just jegs has never given me a reason not to use them. They always give you stickers no matter what the order and i also got a cool hat after spending a couple hundred and they usually throw in a catalog to. Great shipping and ive also used their jegs brand parts with no issues. You just cant beat a family started and american made company. The coughlins are definitely on my favorites list.

Re: Jegs - A++

I get both Jegs and Summit within 48 hours, and get all kinds of freebies from both, but have more Summit stuf than Jegs

Jegs ~ A few hats, T-shirt, Log Book, tons of decal
Summit ~ Hats, T-shirt, Fender covers, 2 Summit tervis tumblers (insulated cups), A 64oz mug, tons of decals

Summit is free shipping too.

I just had a Summit High Torque Mini Starter go out, one call and I had a return label in my email before I hung up the phone, new one should be in Friday

I know Summit has parts that Jegs does not and vise versa, so that normaly is how I choose who I'm buying from

I normally use Summit just because of how fast they get stuff to me. They have a warehouse in Sparks, NV and I'm in Phoenix, AZ and I've gotten stuff literally the next day before. Just weird how the springs I bought were on backorder for so long, yet Jegs had them.

Jegs rocks. Haven't tried Summit yet. Got all my stuff for my current build except the long block in days, long block was on B.O. for a week which kinda sucked... looking at all my nice stuff and not being able to work, LOL. The one snafu was that they were supposed to deliver to my house, but R+L didn't have a straight axle delivering to this area, so I had to pick it up from the depot an hour away. A semi never would have gotten through our subdivision.

Re: Jegs - A++

Both companies are very reputable places to do business and both have amazing customer service. I like Jegs because I dont have to pay sales tax and they pricematch which is AWESOME. I'm located in Las Vegas, so if I need something bad I'll order from them to get the product in the next day.

The only problem I've had with Jegs is that if they don't have the part in stock, it takes F-O-R-E-V-E-R to get it. I've had to cancle a few items because of this.
Summit is invaluable in using their search function to find parts.

Re: Jegs - A++

I ordered Eibach Pro kit lowering springs from Jegs, price was a little better with cheaper handling fees than Summit about $5 or $10 less. (maybe because of my location ) But shipping was very fast.I have ordered from summit as well and will agree there buisness is very similar..kinda like comparing autozone to advanced auto. Both Satisfactory
