Props to Koni
In 2007 I equipped my IROC with Koni Reds. A few weeks ago I discovered that one of the struts was leaking oil and wouldn't rebound. I contacted Koni and discovered that since the Reds were no longer manufactured, if the strut was accepted under warrantee, Koni would replace both struts with Yellows free of charge. They did. (I'll replace the shocks in the spring).
The entire transaction took longer than it should have due to some miscommunication, but customer service was first-rate.
