I got ripped off by third gen customs. I bought a "full" set of mounting brackets from them and before they shipped I asked him if he was sure all the brackets for the car were there and he said yes. So once they finally arrived low and behold the two brackets that I needed the most weren't included. I emailed him weeks ago about this and haven't got a single reply. Do not go with third gen customs!

Hopefully you paid by credit card. Have your bank do a chargeback (dispute the charge for missing parts).
