I dont want to sound like a **** or anything but I have had bad troubles with them, everytime I talk to them they are very nice and courtious, so I give them a good grade on customer service but how good is customer service if you cant ship your freaking parts, I ordered a drivers side t-top 2 weeks, ago I explained I needed it soon cause I cant drive it without it, it would leave my car unlocked and if it rains im screwed, anyways I called them PERSONALLY to make sure everything was smooht and the lady promised that everything was ok and she would ship it that day, well a week later they call and ask me for the pin size, I tell them, I write them the next day to make sure everything is Even MORE clear, well everything got mixed up and the guy called me last night and said they didnt have the pin size, I was like what the heck I told the girl last week what it was, so 2 weeks later im still waiting to drive my damn car and thirdgen is still taking there time, I guess it will be another year before I get my t-top, Im sorry to say im never doing business with them again, they should staff more people if they are having problems...
