Something to think about
Just something to think about. When you are on this post saying things about a company (true or not) you are opening yourself up for a lawsuit. I've seen it happen on a site for tropical fish someone had a thread going about a company now they are all being sued for I think it's a million or so.

You can't be sued, because it is your opinion. Freedom of speech. Like if I say mustangs are crap, based on my judgement of dealing with fords in my past. I'd like to see ford sue me. :-)

There is a difference between stating an oppinion and defamation. Just keep it objective and state the facts and there won't be a problem.

Your right you are entitled to your opinion and I think this board is very important to let others know when to stay clear of a business that is not good to deal with. All I was trying to say like RCR did, watch what and how you say it. If a company takes you to court even if you are right and speaking the truth it can still cost you $$$$ to defend yourself. They are raising money for a defense fund over on the fish web sites to help these guy's out. I just don't want to see more good people hurt by a company for just telling of a bad experience dealing with them, that's all.
