where is the best place to purchase one of these I don't see them listed anywhere but TPIS(allready gave those guys too much money)

From GM or any parts supply store. Get a 3-wire O2 from a later F-body. You'll also want a connector and a relay to splice into your harness - you only want to power the heater when the ignition is on and you probably don't want that load on the ignition circuit, hence the relay.
