I pick some new rotors (4) for my Camaro from a place called Rotos online.
The car is not on the ground yet. When I was installing the front rotors I found that one of the rotors had a WARP or a wobble in it.So I called Rotors online and talk with Mike Swift about the BAD part. He ask for some photos of the part So I sent some. I called Mike the next day to see when the replacement part would be shipped. Calls made daily.

Now all I get is the answer machine.
You have reached the derect line for Mike Swift leave your name and number and I will call you back in 24 hrs.

It has been a week now with no reply from him.
Parts???? Customer Service SUCKS BIG TIME
Say a way from Rotors online........

 

rotors are available locally at any parts store for cheap so why bother going online to buy them from someone that probably picks them up on a commercial account at a local parts store himself?

 

I like the Napa Ultra Premium Rotors.
They come with races installed.

Mail them back, all of them. Get a return reciept to show your cc company. They will refund your money.
