I'm having a bit of a problem with the company. I ordered a hood insulation with clips from them and it's been one month now, without any contact. No order confirmation whatsoever. I've tried to contact them through e-mail several times now, but there's been no answer. I know it can sometimes take a long time for a package to arrive from America to Finland, but a month without any communication doesn't seem normal to me. Anybody ordered from them lately? How did it go?

I ship to Australia from the states. Even if I choose priority it still takes a month or more. If you can’t get a answer from them by phone. Dispute the charges with your credit card company or PayPal however you paid. That will get there attention if they shipped.

Yeah, I have the option to make a PayPal claim, but I'd rather use it as a last resort. I wouldn't be worried, had they sent a order confirmation of some sort, but there's been no info on their part. It's not that big of a deal though, since I got PayPal to fall back on. It's just that it's a nuisance dealing with these things, when you expect everything to work pretty smoothly these days.
