Thirdgen Ranch info ?
Thirdgen Ranch info ?
Does anyone have a phone number directly to Thirdgen ranch? I ordered polished Irocs in March paid for them even picked the pocket color and still have not got them. I have emailed a hundred times to Denny and Beth as well as tried FB to contact them with no avail. Really sucks because I have used them in the past with great success but this order which was nearly 600 dollars has been obviously a scam. Its been to long now so I am sure my bank wont refund me anything.....If anyone had any additional contact info that would be great thank you.

I have no info to help you other than based on this thread: Thirdgen Ranch? CROOKS - Third Generation F-Body Message Boards, I'd have to assume the owner of that 'business' is a scammer. I'd suggest you contact the state agency in their state that handles Consumer Affairs and start a formal case against them. Additionally, you might want to speak to a lawyer about a possible lawsuit.
At any rate, GL.

I appreciate it. They are located in crete IL which is 2.5 hrs north of me. Do they still host the thirdgen fest ? I dont understand how they can scam people so much and still have a following. Just dissapointed as I was really excited about these wheels. BUYER BEWARE I guess....

Re: Thirdgen Ranch info ?
Seeing all these posts over the years of the many members burned is terrible. There really should be a sticky in the Vender Review forum that tells all members to AVOID or use at own risk.
And there may have been some that had ok business with them, but the amount that have had garbage results is just way way too many. Maybe if people see a heading title that never drops down pages and is always there they would just see it and avoid.

I should have given more information the number you posted I have called several times through the last months. I was hoping someone had better contact info than I did. A quick google search a few months ago gave me that number and the crete address. The number always goes to beths voicemail and I have never gotten a response back. I have had good luck with thirdgen ranch up until this last purchase. I guess its on me since I figured they would continue decent service after doing business with them for a few years. Thanks for the help.

sounds like you're close enough to just drive over there and knock on his door. i'd definitely try that if this happened to me.

Re: Thirdgen Ranch info ?
I've recently bought stuff from Denny (rebuilt hatch motor assy, headliner material, billet hatch hinges).
Although their website is difficult to use for accessing your user account profile and order history, and his shipping is glacially slow, I have been pleased with what I've bought and would get stuff from him again. Some of his prices are pretty reasonable. He's fairly quick to respond via email as well.
Sorry to hear some guys have had bad experiences in the past, maybe he's gotten his act together a bit.

I've bought plenty of stuff from there over the years, but all used parts. The website is terrible and there is no support whatsoever if you have question, but everything arrived in a reasonable time and exactly as shown. I wouldn't order anything fragile or delicate though because his packing skills are... lacking. I pay with paypal on pretty much anything, so if there is an issue it's not a problem to get my money back.

At this point in time with all the negative experiences, if you send them your hard earned money, you have been warned. There are many many other honest 3rd gen parts sellers put there.
