I ordered a part that is back ordered and tried to get an equivilant part by a different manufacturer which was also back ordered the guy told me there was nothing that could be done about it. He calls the next day and talked to my wife and left an extension I could reach him at. I called him and he said that after we got off the phone he did some research and physically checked the shelf and founf the Quantity on Hand was wrong and that they did have one left and he had already taking it and put it on order but held it until he got verification from me to ship it. He tried that night but couldn't reach me then he tried the next day and got my wife then I called him and I was very pleased.

Now that is Customer service. I want that if anyone at Summit is reading this to commendate the person that helped me. His name was Terrell at extension 6704 and he is a great customer service representitive!!
