For a new setup from tpi, what would I have to do?

Car: 1986 Z28 Camaro Gunmetal Gray with
Engine: GM Crate ZZZ HO 350, Edelbrock head
Transmission: Rebuilt 700r4 all TransGo and Beast
Axle/Gears: 10 bolt with 3.73 gears
For a new setup from tpi, what would I have to do?
If I decide to go with a whoe new setup, or even just a better tpi setup, would i have to do anything besides put the parts on? I am not talking about fabricating, I am talking about like computer tuning or anything mechanical. I go to school for auto body and I can replace parts and do metal work, but I cannot deal with engines or computers.
