i am building a turbo 406 and would like to use a converted single plane intake and dont understant the reason for using a single blade tb to a 4 blade style like a accel or etc. i am also wondering if any one would have thoughts about what ecu is better accell fast electromotive! big stuff i think i like the electrmotive one best for t ignition aspect but dont know people who use it to ask them about it? pleas help

4 bls will have a different ratio for the throttle arm.
So the transition for closed to open when leaving a light
is smoother. 4 barrels also can flow more. The big ones are basically two mono blades side by side. ( IDK what a 90mm single flows)
On the other hand. An AL elbow mount to the intake
and a twin 58mm or big mono blade allows for a better 90 degree turn into the intake. A 4bl will use a hat that may or may not flow as well and may cause turbulence going into the 4bl TB. The board moderator is the only one I know of who has run both on the same motor.

Mike Sitar and friends have vast experience with Electromotive systems.

I have seen pretty much every system out there including factory systems work great. It always came down to the tuner. Find your tuner first and see what system they are best with.
