I would like to order a lokar cable and bracket for my hsr but looking at summit there is a 24" and a 36" for tpi. I have a 89 iroc with a with a 5.7 and a holley stealth ram and it is a manual not a auto.

Measure the one you got, at least to the firewall. A 12 inch difference in the two, should make it pretty easy.

go with the 36" they are cut to fit and that way you know you have enough. I am pretty sure that is the cable I got but mine is for a carb app.

Re: lokar throttle cable?
I jst noticed my TPS is reading 80% and I have to stand on the pedal to make go to 98%. Disconnected the trans cable and it opens easier and smoother. So I guess its actually my trans cable binding or something. How does the kickdown cable work? Any way to run without it?

TV cable might simply be adjusted too tight. Might be bottoming out the valve..
