HSR leaking

anyone have an idea why i always get anitfreez puddling up here? not sure if you can see it well in the pictures, but its on the very front passenger side of the intake. thanks in advance

Did you coat those bolts that run into the water jacket with anything?

That's what I would be thinging also. If you didn't put anything to prevent the leak around the bolts it's going to just keep filling up. Also, you said it was on the passanger side. Do you still have the coolant tube hooked up to your TB? It's far fetched but it could be leaking from there also.

I had that happen to me....it was the water neck gasket that was leaking. Make sure it is tight...if it is....then you need to replace the gasket. I recommend the GM gasket....I tried a off brand name and it leaked....went with the GM...no more problems.

i dont think i coated them with anything, i dont remember now.

the coolant tube is not connected to the throttle body anymore, a friend that helped me did a bypass on it, not real sure how he did it though, ill check that out.

On the HSR, the bolt for the thermostat waterneck on the passenger's side goes directly into the water passage, you will need to put pipe sealant on at least that bolt.
