No low end tourqe
Hi!
I am a little dissapointed about my low end tourqe after installing the HSR.
Is it normal to feel such a difference before 3000rpm,or can it be a tuning problem?
Thanks

Re: No low end tourqe
The HSR being a short tunnel ram setup will sacrafice low end torque for high end power. How much of an exchange is felt depends on the rest of the motor, exhaust etc. Tuning can help but this is mainly the nature of this intake.

Re: No low end tourqe
Its probably running rich down low because there is less air entering the engine in the lower rpms. That will cause a loss of power on its own.
Check this out. Not much loss in torque but a huge gain in HP. HSR is a great intake.
