super ram/ injectors

i recently had a head gasket go bad to while I had the car stripped down I decided to install a ZZ4 and Brodix IK 200 heads. Now the car is running like hell. No Power, 2 clylinder down. I have spark to all 8. I read in an old post that I couldn't mess up wiring the injectors. I was told that they fire in banks. all 4 black with green tracer fire at the same time on the passenger side and all black with pink tracer fire on the driver side. So as long as I had the pinks on the drivers side and the greens on the pass side it wouldn't matter in they didnt go back to the org spot if I was off????? Is this correct???? Or is every injector to be wired with a certain wire????? Don't want to pull my super ram if it doesn't matter!! thanks alot guys!

Did you actually "re-wire" each injector clip? You should have a green, and pink to each injector clip. Since it is a batch fire, you can take the first injector clip, and exchange it with the second one, and it would not matter, but from your post, it sounds like you had done some rewiring.

no, I still with the stock injector wiring. Green tracers on the passenger side and pink tracers on the drivers side. I was pulling a code 42. Electronic Spark Timing(EST) Circuit. EST CKT short to ground-Bypass CKT 424 open- Faulty ignition module connection or module-Faulty ECM. I pulled my ignnition module it was heavily corrided. I had it tested at an auto parts store and she said it was good after testing it 3 times. I cleaned it up and put some dielectric on it and the car seemed to be running on all 8. Took it for a ride and it was still low on power after checking timing and fuel pressure. My valves seem to be making noise and need more adjustment. I then switched out my computer for another and it seems alittle better but mot much. Did seem to wake up for afew second in the upper RPMs then fade. My next step is to adjust my valves better and hope thats it, then maybe replace my ignition module or that and the distributor. Has alot of rust and corrosion in it. But the car def did run better after cleaning up the ignition module. What do you guys think???? Thanks again!!!

I am guessing that its all in the distributor. And the timing & tune at idle.
When you set the spark advance at idle, did you unplug the EST wire for the dizzy? And are you sure you got the dizzy in correctly?
