Can a L98 throttle work on a HSR?

yes, L98 throttle body bolts to the HSR just fine. even the stock bracketry for the cables.
you may have to adjust the linkage abit for clearance around the holley fuel rails, and adjust the linkage so the throttle can close 100%. mine wasnt closing all the way and left 1000rpm idle. i just ground out abit of the oval shaped sliding bar thing that opens the throttle blades. now it closes just fine
