Can get fittings from any auto supply place.
2 larger holes are 3/8" NPT ( one should be used for brake vac ) and IIRC 2 smaller are 1/8" NPT

A ton of information here: https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/alte...ealth-ram.html
I used all 4 vacuum lines on the back of mine. AFPR, brake booster, IAT, and I think the last one was for the cruise control.

Thats the exact same thread I used to find out what fittings I needed to run my vacuum lines today lol.I got everything hooked up except for the vacuum lines that are coming out from the hvac.I dont know how I should hook them up or if there was a check valve inbetween them.Anyone got a diagram for that?

Check valve on HVAC / cruise line keeps vac in system when engine vac drops Originally Posted by 86White_T/A305

Intake - check valve - then from valve -rear port to HVAC line / side port to vac ball T'ing off to the cruise on the way.
If you don't run the check valve, your vent position will change every time you accel because the vents will return to the default position with no/ low vac
