New Stealth Ram Carbon Fiber Intake Plenum

Hey check out this new plenum for your stealth rams, looks pretty cool but I wonder what needs to be done with the throttle linkage bracket. Not sure of price also.

That's probably $1000+, but it looks pretty sweet.

I know the guy who makes these, he makes excellent stuff! I have the front and rear bumpers and a radiator support cover for my 73 Camaro in carbon fiber. I also bought the fiberglass RS replacement nose, I still have to get it on the car though.

What I would do for a CF front spoiler.

Re: New Stealth Ram Carbon Fiber Intake Plenum

Thanks for the feedback on the intake. As for making it for Vettes, I have found that milling the intake base shorter works well, I removed 1/2" to make it fit my second gen

thanks "Scooter"

"Most" vette owners are the sort of guys that want a out of the box / bolt on part
Some of the more innovative types have milled / cut / welded the HSR is get the right height for clearance .

Pity is though ;only clearance problem area on a Vette is the TB; if the TB mount on the HSR was angled down it would clear Vette hood perfect

problem with that is then the air would arc toward the rear intake ports more

Re: New Stealth Ram Carbon Fiber Intake Plenum

I agree with the arc of the air, it creates a dead spot directly behind the TB, which is kind of a problem already. I could put an angled TB mount on the part, but it will likely hit the water neck.
