Strange knock issue- any ideas?

Transmission: TKO 600
Axle/Gears: 9" Moser 3.50 True trac
Strange knock issue- any ideas?
Ok, you can check my sig but it's a 414/AFR engine with Holley Stealth Ram. Cam is custom Comp with 229/237 @ 600 lift. Running TKO 5 speed.
When running through the gears (WOT) I get knock counts only at the top of first gear. (4500+) In second and third I get no counts.
I wonder if it's related to the trans or the fact that RPMs are climbing fast. Seems to happen at the track or on the street. Can't seem to figure this out. Any ideas are appreciated.
