GTA Interior

I have a chance to buy a grey cloth gta interior. So, what kind of material is this made out of and how durrable is it? Also, how much would this be worth? I looked at it, and it appeared to be in great condition as far as I could tell. This is out of an 89. This would include the seats, dash, center console carpet, all pannels, and actually the complete doors I believe so that I could convert my car to power windows, locks and mirrors. He said that I could have "all of the interior" I believe I could also get the steering wheel and hatch motor ect... I was wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to hook up the steering wheel so that it would actually work with an aftermarket radio (I kind of doubt this but thought I would ask).

Thanks

Ben

The fabric is just as cheap and prone to wear as any other thirdgen interior.

A company called PAC sells an adapter for $60 that will allow you to use the GTA wheel controls on any aftermarket stereo that comes with a wireless remote. Best Buy carries it.

Well, I saw the interior once, and it looked great. I didnt see any wear or damage. The center console, seats, and dash looked perfect from what I saw but I wasnt even thinking to check the type of material it was made out of. I know that the high end camaro seats like in my friends iroc seem to be a much more durable material. I dont know if this is what they are but he calls them tweed. It didnt appear that they were made out of that material but I didnt see any rips or fading so I wondered if they were made out of something different than the normal cloth.
