I finaly decided to start on my car thanks to a good friend who talked me into it. Dont get me wrong I always wanted to get my car running and going but scared because I didnt have all the knowledge to do it my self as I preferred(and cash$$$). Well he has been working at a paint and body shop for years and is helping me paint my car. We will do all the prepwork and body work at my house then haul it over to the shop to get it shot in the right enviorment. Just started today so I will post as we progress. Man I am so excited about this that I dont know what color I want but at least I have some time to think about it. Its either Candy blue, Hugger orange or the green on the new mustangs( candy green of sum sort). :lala: Ok I think thats it back to working on the car

I was actually wondering what a green like that would look like on a thirdgen this morning on the way to work. I couldn't decide if it would look good or not. Defiately different though. Almost worth a try. How about this. Paint it the green that you're thinking of, post some pics, and I'll let you know what I think. Sound ok?

I need a new paint job but I am torn on what color. I think black is by the far the best color but it is also hell to keep clean. I think if I were to change it would go to Viper Blue. Redoing the engine bay would be too much to go from black to blue.

In a couple years I hope to pic up a blue 91-92 Z28 and I will do that one viper blue.

My goal in life which i will achieve will be to have a 91 Z28 Convertible (check), a 91-92 Z28 Hardtop, and 2 69 Camaros (one for me and one for the mrs.). Its a good thing I dont have any other hobbies. Oh yes... One day I will have it.

 

i saw one similiar to yours in a kind of dark candy green color with a tan/nuetral 4th gen interior, looked completely awesome. I normally don't care for either of those colors but on that car it just looked amazing.... just my .02
