Ok, to remove the marker light on the front drivers side, or at least replace the bulb, and I gonna end up having to remove the headlight assembly....?? What a pain in the ***.....

(87 Bird)...well, I went in there, because my bulb is shot...I figured that it'd be an easily accessable, swap out old bulb/put in new one...but of course nothing is that easy. I tried moving the battery and going in that way, but I won't have the room I need to access the damn thing...just looking for someone who's done this before, I guess. Thx.

You talking about the side marker light? You can go in from the wheelwell if you pull the inner fender plastic loose at a few spots.

Azure,
I changed mine from underneath. It is a tight squeeze for your arm but it can be done.

Good luck.

Mr Orono,
Go in from the wheelwell. That's the easiest way.
