im having problems making a website to upload my picture, can someone help me, maybe give me their email adress and ill email u my picture( just got my roh snyper rims on wanna show everyone) thanks

I thaught I needed a web site to down load pictures! Guess not. I down loaded off my hard drive. Down at the bottom, where it asks attach file:......browse.....I store my pictures in " MY DOCUMENTS" make sure it's jpeg, highlight it, then click open. It might work.
