Oil Fill for Dress Up Kit

Hey guys. recently got a chrome dress-up kit for a gift (from my girlfriend! trained well what?) But it only has holes for the PCV and for the exhaust line that runs to the aircleaner... so i need to create an oil fill for it.
Has anyone had experience with this? What's the easiest way to do it? The stock oil fill thing looks wayyy to complex to re-create, but i suppose it's possible....

Anyways, leave your thoughts and tips please. Thanks!

on my 79 camaro, i have chrome valve covers and i just use the pcv valve hole to fill the engine with oil. maybe the easiest thing for you to do.
