Hi, I found a set of used taillight blackouts on my parts car. It has alot of scratches and blemishes on it, does that render the blackout useless or is there a way to sand it down and respray it with transparent black spray? Any help is apreciated. Thanks

might want to just try buffing them with plastic compound. wound need sanding unless the scratchas are really deep. IMO you should get LUND ECLIPES covers insted of GTS.

Hey jawzforlife1, those LUND ECLIPSE covers look great, but how do you not get harassed by the cops? I just had one of those lightly tinted covers on my tag and I got stopped and had to take it off. I also had a cop stop me and make me pull my taillight covers off on the side of the road. Unless that photo has been edited, noone would even be able to see your tag.

 

I only add the center peice for pics. I dont like cops either, I try to stay away from them.
