The might be something wrong with your parking brake, the handle shouldn't go up that far.

Are the black crosslace wheels the same design as the GTA wheels? Do they have a place for the centercaps? Who makes them?? How much $$$?

I've been looking for a set of 17s that would be a match for the gold crosslace wheels that came on my car.

ok the wheels are made by Epsilon, the same company who makes the factory crosslaced wheels. But they are not a direct bolt on these actually came off a 4th gen so I've got a 4th gen rear and front spacers. and I only got 2 of the 4 center caps so I am having some made.
I chose these over some bling bling because I loved the factory crosslace wheels the car came with but wanted some bigger meats. and the E-brake probably needs to be adjusted or sompthing but it still works.
and capn_crash do you have any TA tailights to give me? I'd love to have a set

Ok...I understand that you got these off of a 4th gen...but were these factory on a 4th gen?? I'm searching for a set of those right now and as much info as you can provide would be great.

no they were not factory on any 4th gens they were aftermarket made by Epsilon but I could not find any info on them either I think they only make wheels for factory applications now. I just happened to find them on Camaroz28.com forsale board one day. by the way I paid 900 for five of them and then I dissasembled them and had the centers powder coated black. they were gold when I got them.

Yeah right, i wish! I actually am looking for a set myself for my 86. They're harder to find in mint shape than i thought. I have a set from an 83, i might just end up using those until i find a good set..

When you say similar....do you mean that your wheels are the same design? I'm looking for a set of crosslace 17x9.5 wheels that have the crosslace all the way to the aluminum outside...not the ring that those have. Could you send me a full-res pic of your wheels in the email?

ground FX, different tail lights, lowered just a little bit and new paint will make that car a serious headturner... so far so good

Thanks alot! I was pretty sure your rims also had the edge around them. I'm looking for a set (I'll never find them) of crosslace wheels that the crosslace goes all the way to the edge...not the ring of rivets like the ones you have. I'm pretty sure people tried to manufacture them but they wouldn't hold up without that ring. Thanks for posting the pic though. Good luck with your beautiful formula.

The ring of bolts is to hold the wheel together as with all 3pc wheels I it is supposed to be stronger that way.
