Powdercoating rough style runners

The almost chrome powdercoated runners on the sight make my mouth water, but mine have a factory rough surface to them. Anyone powdercoated this rough style runner? If so how did they turn out?

The Chrome does not look good on rough parts, kinda looks like spray can chrome. I powdercoated all my stuff Red, the same as my car and it does great even on rough stuff. Hope this helps.
