It's funny how this topic just came up recently. I was talking to my brother a couple days ago on what I should name her. We finally agreed to Ghost. Mainly because of the white w/ blue pearl paintjob.

Well it was once named....

The batmobile... but... well my buddy had a black vette that seemed more fitting of it. My Girlfriend seems to have adapted the name " Dark Knight " to the car... which I like.

most people name their bikes too.
i have had my bike for over 2 1/2 years and a name still hasn't come to me for the bike, it will soon though. the veh has to have a personality before you name it and it has to be unique among it's kind before it she gets it's name.
i bought my biker new so it's has taken a while for her to grow into a name. i think the car will not take as long
later

Most of the time it is Mother F*cker, or sonofab*tch. Always giving me headaches. As soon as I get a good coat of paint on her I'll give her a real name.

"I'd like to name her after my wife Dotty. She's a life sucking b*tch from which there is no escape." -Armagedon

Why do we name our cars after women? Because they're always giving us problems, sucking up our money, and most of the time we can't understand them.

I call my camaro JAWS. Why? Cause it's white and when working on him if I'm not careful, he'll take a big *** bite out of me.

A touchy subject it seems... I guess IROC/TA... no wait 3rd gen, ... hell GM owners often have the love/hate relationship going on with their vehicle. I personally love my IROC, I just hate all ignorant sh*t GM did in making it. Seems the relationship is the same with most of us.

Ever seen the movie "The Gods Must be Crazy?"
My fellow Canadians are probably more likely to have seen it, I think.

I personally haven't named my car. I usually just call her "my baby." Some friends jokingly named her Jennifer, because I've dated 5 different girls named that. Seems every time I met some hot chick it turns out that's her name. Go figure.

Hey does anybody else talk to their cars a lot. I'm always talking to mine. You know stuff like, "Let's go baby" when I'm gonna run somebody, and "Atta girl" when we outrun somebody. Maybe I'm just weird like that.
