Best type of paint to buy?

This might be an odd request, everybody else asks where to get there car painted, or how to do it.... All I need to know is which brand shows the best results. Taking into mind durability, shine, flexibility (color ranges) and compatability...

I don't have much experience in the painting aspect, but it'll get painted by 3 experts (I love having friends in high places :sillylol: ) And all I've gotta do, is supply the paint/primer/paper etc....

I figure it's a great deal; a professional paint job for the mere price of the paint (since I'd do all the prep-work myself anyways, it's all I'm really paying extra for.) I just don't want to get some half-@$$ paint that'll end up ruining the bargain.

Well if ya have three experts ask them! Most spray painters like to
use what they are used to using.

I suppose I could... But they are used to working on Civics and newer cars... That's mainly what they seem to be working on... (I'd figure the reason's obvious ) So I don't know if there's something that's best for Third Gens or not... I figured, no wait, I Know that you guys know more about Third Gens than they do...

So... Is there anything? Or do all paints work the same on everything?

We consistently keep going back to PPG. Excellent consistent results.
