New paint!

I finally saved up enough money and got my car painted. I got it painted the original color which is black. The body man wetsanded the paint and buffed it all out. When i went to pick it up I noticed like a white film over sum of the car. He said it should come out the first time I polish it?! Is he right????

yes i just got my car back from being painted also. the film that you are talking about is just the residue that his polishing compound left behind. it will come out with very little effort when you buff it.
